Actually, F.R.E.D. stands for Feeling Right Every Day. It is a standard, an active wish. Happy thoughts help others subtly. Sometimes I suck at it but I can pretty much fake it until it hurts. Faking isn't the same as lying. As I see it, my mood can affect others so I need to be moody responsibly. If I need space, I say so, but I get back on track. No, I am not a nurse.
My boy was in the paper today! Yay! First time on a roller coaster by himself. The fair had a special needs special for kids with special needs. They kept the noises down for the rides, no flashing lights, just fun. No crowds. How awesome is that?
