One-eye (Hourglass)
One-eye

Oriole summoned the one-eyed cat. It was easy. Kitty-kitty. And a fluff of black fur purred at his side. The tuna merely helped. He smiles. All was right in his world when there was a cat in his lap, a dog at his feet, a bird on his shoulder, a book held with one hand, the other free to pet or play. One-eye looked grateful, albeit a bit bony. Oriole always felt akin with anything injured, a five-legged grasshopper, a ratty-tailed fish, a stepped on petunia. He understood their pain, felt it, absorbed it into his own.
