November the twenty-fourth – Another Productive Day
Another Productive Day

That’s right, two days in a row I’ve got a lot of the first Chapter for my Jessica Strong done. No, I didn’t get all of it done, but I did get almost two more parts done. I can’t believe it myself, but that’s what I got done today. I’m not exactly sure what my Word Count is for today without looking, but it’s probably about three thousand words. Maybe even thirty-five thousand words. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s even more than that. That’s how great of a day that I have had when it comes to my writing. If today is as good or better than yesterday I will get it done this weekend. Which means I’ve got a very good chance of getting my Wandita first chapter done too before the end of the month.

Why have I gotten so much writing done today? Is it because of work. No, that was a pretty normal day. It was a little bit busy, but not too busy. I wish it was because of work. No, it’s mostly because of my own stupidity. Forgot my cell phone today. Which means that I didn’t have any television or movies to watch. That does distract me some with my writing, but it’s not usually that distracting. Would I have had gotten almost two more parts done? Probably not, but I think I would have gotten another part done. Maybe even part of the third part too.

I don’t think my cell phone is the only reason why I got so much writing done yesterday. It’s also what I call the flow. Once I started the words just flowed out of my fingers and keyboard and onto my laptop. The first thing I needed to do was finish writing part one. I can’t remember how many lines I had left with that one without looking it up, but I think it was about half a manuscript page. Which makes it about twenty-seven lines. Don’t think it was quite that many, but it was very close though. After I got that finished, I started part two, then part three. Once I got past how I was going to start them that’s when the flowing began.

Also, I almost got the Introduction Chapter for my Wandita novel posted in the Wandita Folder. I did get it done. It now looks like my Word Document, but I still have a little bit to do with it, though. My biggest problem with that is getting things centered like the Chapter Title, Introduction, the Pound Sign part dividers, and the Word Count at the end of it. This isn’t the copy that I’m going to be sending out for publication once it’s done. No, this is just for WDC and NaNoWriMo. That’s why it is Single-Space and there is a Word Count at the end of it. There will be no Word Count in the novel I send out for Publishing. The story itself will also be double-spaced.
