Inexorable I stand
split
between extremes.

Ego
obstinately
attached to the physical plain.

Spirit
unalterably
attracted to Divinity.

Inexorable I stand
split
between extremes.

Body
stubbornly
locked to willful habit.

Soul
unyielding
seeking the Beloved.

Inexorable I stand
split
between extremes.

One
not to be persuaded
by prayer.

One
to be persuaded
by prayer.

Where is the key
to unlock
this impasse?
