Values - MHWA Topic
Family (other than romantic relationships or parenting)
This is a zero for me. I have no family, having disowned them years ago due to abuse, neglect, and abandonment. If they were a part of my life they would just harass me, tear me down, use me or create drama. No thanks.

Romantic relationships (marriage, life partners, dating and so on)
10 - my husband is my rock and by best friend. If not for him, I don't know where I'd be in life right now. There's no one else I could ever imagine being with. After him I doubt I'll ever have another serious relationship. I'm too afraid of being victimized again and I'm a terrible judge of people.

Parenting
10 - my kids are my whole world to me. I spend a lot of time advocating for them, managing their care, and helping teach them.

Friends and social life
This one is about a 5. Because of how important my parenting and romantic relationships are, I don't get a lot of time to spend with friends. Most of my friendships are online, as time allows.

Work/Career
8 - Without work I can't earn an income but I refuse to be a slave to my job either. I'm very passionate about my careers and businesses.

Education, training, and knowledge
8 - This is an important thing for me as well. I'm constantly learning or striving to learn new things so I can continue to be better in life.

Recreation, hobbies, and fun
6 - I do this as I have time. Thankfully, writing and real estate are fun for me too. But I also paint, watch movies, and play video games as time allows.

Spirituality and religion
1 - I'm a spiritual person but am often too busy dealing with life to spend a lot of time on this. I spend a lot of time mentally praying for things but I don't practice a particular religion. I'm probably closest to a Buddhist but not so strongly that I don't enjoy material things etc. I don't live my life for a higher power, more a higher purpose, which is to try and make the world a better place and share my knowledge with others. I live my life by a set of values, ethics, and philosophies of my own choosing, not dictated by others or religion. It's a combination of all the things I believe in.

Citizenship and community life
4 - Too busy again although I do some public speaking as I'm able which I would count as community life.

Self care (exercise, diet, relaxation, and so on)
7 - This is all pretty important as it allows me to do the things I like to do and need to do. Exercise really isn't on the list and it shows but once things settle down, I'll get back to it again.
