One Hundred and Thirty-Six

I only got a fourth of my movie Treatment done for my Water Wars scriptwriting project yesterday. But that’s one hundred single sentence sentences. Add that to the third Outline and you get the title for this blog entry. That doesn’t read like I did a lot of writing yesterday. But I do. Especially, since I did it at work.

It wasn’t very busy at work yesterday. At least the first five hours of my shift wasn’t busy. But it was a lot busier than it has been lately for a Thursday. It was very busy in the last three hours, though. The first five hours there was some work for me to do at work. But it wasn’t too bad. True, it wasn’t non-stop busy like it was on Wednesday at my new post. It was about twice as busy as the first five hours. If it wasn’t busier than that.

Work itself wasn’t the only reason why I didn’t get more writing done on this project. It was also the weather. About an hour before my shift ended is when the rain started coming in. Of course, that’s when most of my work got busier. It was busy a couple of hours before that. But it got even worse because of the rain.

Today at work I’m going to continue working on my single sentence sentences for my Water Wars Treatments. I’m hoping that I can not only get the movie Treatment done, but the first half of my first episode done too. If I can do that, I have a very good chance to get the rest of the first episode finished plus the second Treatment done on Saturday.

If that happens, then I can start working on my single paragraphs for my Outlines and Treatments. I’m just not sure whether I’m going to do the Outlines or the Treatments first. I should do the Outlines first. And I probably will start with them. But they often change while I’m doing my Treatment. Making the changes in them isn’t that hard to do. It does need to be done, though. and that does slow down the writing of them some. It shouldn’t slow me down that much. That’s probably why I will most likely start with them first. I still have at least a few days at the most to decide that.
