in this mad crazed world
many people are rule obsessed
proclaiming zero tolerance
for this and that infraction of the sacred rules
Yes zero tolerance means no common sense

in schools and offices across the land
minor infractions of the rules
are quickly elevated
to major league capitol offenses
violations of the sacred rules
as the police state takes over

a child was arrested
by the full swat team
for giving a classmate a Tylenol
