Old friend at the gym...
My goodness, what a day. Unfortunately I did not get up soon enough to see Susan at the gym. But I did go though. It was about 10:30 when I went there. I did see my old friend who goes later on to work out. We talked briefly while we were on the ellipticals. After that, she went to the stair machine. Then I left. I already did my cardio though. I was doing it to talk to her.
2 Corinthians 4:18 So we fix our eyes on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary. What is unseen is eternal.
Hebrews 10:39 For we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed but of those who believe and are saved.
I just memorized those two.

The weather is beautiful. We’re headed into October. Soon Halloween themed candy and toys will be everywhere. I don’t celebrate Halloween. Instead at all the Calvary Chapels have what is called a Harvest Festival. Candy is given to the kiddies and they still get to dress up but nothing scary. I am so tempted to eat chocolate but I must refrain. lol. I’ll only eat candy without cholesterol or fat. That means hard candy and gummy candy. Unfortunately, starbursts do not fall into that category. It actually has fat in it. I didn’t’ now that until about a week ago. Oh well.
I added to my story and it is looking good. I have about seven-hundred-and fifty words so far. And I still have not gotten through the first page of my outline. I’m going to stretch it out as much as I can. lol. I want to leave as much space in the story to add more to it. At the end of my first book I made the end where nothing can happen next.
I had two quiet times today. The Word is starting to be a joy. I like it.
I was reading from one of Bob’s handouts on faith. I don’t recall when we did it. It’s all good though. lol.
My mom needs to talk with the pharmacist as to what he requires if anything else is needed besides the three blood results. This has never happened before.
Well, that’s it for now. God bye.
