Morning Coffee

My morning brew endows the day.
The sweet aroma rules the room,
it helps prepare for work or play.
I breathe it in, enticing bloom.

The sweet aroma rules the room,
hot steam swirls wisps above my cup
I breathe it in, enticing bloom,
then cautiously I take a sip.

Hot steam swirls wisps above my cup,
it helps prepare for work or play,
then cautiously I take a sip,
my morning brew endows the day.
