Enter in Peace:
To The Bab

“Enter therein in peace, secure,”
Qur’án, 15:4612

Immune to the doubts of dogma,
eighteen living letters
entered paradise
through their belief
in the Gate of God.

Sheltered
in God's ancient covenant,
they proclaimed
the Cause of the Bab
through out Persia.

Steadfast
in their faith
they entered the peace if paradise
knowing that their sacrifice
watered the roots
of the Tree of Life.
