Not a Bad Yesterday, But Not a Good One Either

What is the usual reason why I don’t get more writing done at work? That’s right, it’s work. And yesterday that is a very big part of why I only got eleven paragraphs written for my Water Wars movie Outline. It’s not the only reason why. But it is the main one, though.

Work was very, very busy yesterday. It was so busy that it was almost as bad as a Wednesday. True, it wasn’t quite that bad. But it was very close to it. In fact, it was so close that I was on my feet most of the time. at least twice as much as I should have been up.

The sun was also a factor with me not getting more writing done yesterday. It was supposed to be partly cloudy for the first hour of my shift. And then cloudy for the next couple of hours. That isn’t how it happened, though. It was a little bit partly cloudy. But it was mostly sunny.

Another reason why I didn’t get more writing done is also because of the first hour. I spend almost all of it reading the Post Orders for that post. But it wasn’t just them that took me so long to finish. That’s because I also had to write a non-IR.

What is a non-IR? It’s an Incident Report that isn’t an Incident Report. I just used that because I couldn’t find the Red Folder that we were supposed to sign and date to say that we did read the Post Orders. It was supposed to be there. but it wasn’t.

Like I wrote above, it wasn’t all works fault that I only got eleven paragraphs written yesterday at work. I’m also at fault too. I just had a lot of trouble concentrating on it. True, I also had to do a lot of erasing and re-writing. But that was because of the lack of concentration too.

Today, I’m going to continue working on my Water Wars movie Outline. I don’t know how many paragraphs that I will be able to get done. but there is a very good chance that I will be getting at least twenty of them done. Why do I think I’m going to get that many done?

It’s because two of them are five lines long. And eighteen are only three lines long. That’s why I should get that many written. Of course, how busy it gets at work is also a big factor. Especially, since the weather is supposed to be extremely bad today.
