Nothing New About Yesterday

Unfortunately, I was right about yesterday at work. I didn’t get any writing done. In fact, I didn’t even try to do any. That’s because right from the beginning of my shift I knew that it would be a very, very busy one. And I was right about that. The first two hours and the last two weren’t too bad. But even during those hours, it was very busy. Just not as busy as the four hours in between them. Those four hours made up for the other four at least by times two. And it was probably three or four times as bad.

The weather yesterday was also a big factor in me not doing any writing at work yesterday. It wasn’t as bad as they said that it was going to be. But when haven’t they been right? The weather was still very bad, though. It rained most of the day. And it snowed part of it. Today, it’s supposed to be very bad too. I just hope they are wrong about how bad it really turns out to be again.

Writing of today, I don’t know how much writing I’m going to be able to do. after all, the first four hours of my shift I won’t be able to do any. And with only four hours left on my shift, I just don’t know if I’m going to feel like doing any writing. It all depends on how bad it is for the first four hours whether I feel like writing or not. If it’s bad as it usually is at that gate, then I may not feel like doing it.

Even if it is bad during the first four hours, I will probably try to get some writing done. I’m just not sure how much of it I will be able to get done. especially, since it’s been several days since I did any writing on my Water Wars scriptwriting project. If I remember right, I think that I still have Act Eight and Tag Act Two left to finish. And if that is true, I may get that finished within the last four hours of my shift today. I may even get started with the single paragraphs for my first episode Outline. True, I hope that I can do that many paragraphs. But I will probably be lucky if I can finish my movie Outline for this project.
