Almost Ready to Continue with The Bible
Almost Ready to Continue with The Bible

I’m not quite ready to go back to The Bible that I’m working on for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. But I’m almost ready to do it. If I’m not ready to start writing my episode synopses for this project by the weekend, I would be very surprised. That’s how close I am to getting ready to do it.

So, what did I accomplish yesterday at work? I got the order number for the first one hundred episodes for this series. At least I got most of it. There are a few that I may change a little. But overall, it’s almost done. All I need to do is write my single sentences, words, or phrases in the order that I think that they should appear in.

After I write them in order, then I need to come up with the titles for each episode. That shouldn’t be too much of a problem. But it can be. Especially, if I want just the right title for it. Of course, I can always change it later on. And I’m sure that I probably will on some of them. But I still need a title for them.

I have decided to break these episodes into the first five years of the series instead of two. Yes, I still believe in the fifty episodes a year concept. But I know that isn’t going to happen. I also know that twenty-five episodes a year is a thing of the past. So, I didn’t arrange them in four years.

If a season runs over twenty episodes per year, it’s a weird number like twenty-one to twenty-four. I like them to end in twenty or twenty-five. That way the episodes can end with a shock, twist, cliffhanger, etc. Especially, if it’s a series like this one.

Will I get finished with the titles part of this order today at work? I should be able to do that. As for if I will, that is debatable. If it’s anything like it was yesterday at work, I may be lucky if I get all the titles written. That’s right. It was very busy at work yesterday. True, it wasn’t non-stop, always on my feet, busy. But it was close to that.

It wasn’t just because of how busy it was, though. At the last second almost, I had to do another Incident Report. Luckily, I had just gotten finished with my writing for Thursday when it happened. So, it could have been a whole lot worse.

I hope that it won’t be another Thursday today. If it isn’t, then I should be ready to start writing my episode synopses for this project tomorrow. But if it is like yesterday, then I will be lucky if I get the titles finished. I think that I can do it. Even if it is as bad as yesterday.
