Ready or Not, Here I Come
Ready or Not, Here I Come

It may have been almost the end of my shift yesterday. But I got the single sentences, words, or phrases put in the order that I think they should appear in the episodes for my Water War scriptwriting project. I didn’t think that it was going to take me so long to put them in my order. It took me the first half of my shift yesterday at work almost to do it. But I got it done.

I also had some trouble coming up with the titles for those episodes. In fact, there were a lot of times when I thought that I wouldn’t get them done. True, I didn’t have too many of them that I had trouble with. But the ones that I did took me a while each to come up with their title. And even then, I wasn’t completely satisfied with it. So, I changed a few of them.

Why did it take me so long to copy my order and come up with the titles for these episodes? What is the usual reason why I don’t get more writing done? You’re right. It’s work. And this time you are right. No, it wasn’t really busy at work yesterday. But it was a whole lot busier than it should have been for a Friday. In fact, it’s one of the busiest Fridays that I have seen in a long time. At least I didn’t have to write an Incident Report again yesterday.

I’m going to start working on my episode synopses for this television series today at work. But I don’t know how long it will take to write them for a couple of reasons. One is because of work. And the other one is because of me. The work one is regarding that I’m going to be doing a split shift at two gates this weekend. Fours at the busy one. And four at my regular gate.

Even though it’s the weekend, I probably won’t get too many synopses written in the first four hours. I’m going to try to get as many of them written as I can. But it depends on how busy it gets at work. I know that it can get kind of busy on Saturdays. I’m not sure about Sunday, though. If it is really busy during the first four hours of my shift, I may not feel like writing the last four. True, I’m going to try to do as many as I can. I’m just not sure how many that will be.

The second reason is me. I know what I want to write in most of these episode synopses. But I may have some trouble writing them. Another reason why it’s me is that I have never written The Bible for a television series before. Especially, when it comes to the episode synopses. I don’t think that I will have any problem with most of them. Then again, maybe I will. I just don’t know that yet.
