CHARACTER: Singer. Genie Brooks, 1975 (30 years old in 2005) She is an American who defines herself as straight. She finished school and then left academia. Physically, Genie is in good shape. She is short with fair skin, golden hair, and blue eyes. She grew up in a working-class neighborhood. Her father left when she was young, leaving her with her mother, who was an addict. She is currently single. Her most recent romance was with a guitarist called August Stefan Bolton, who was 2 years older than her. They broke up because August felt Genie was too materialistic. Genie has one child with ex-boyfriend August: Nancy aged 2. Plays in a band: Augustation.
