Life's Journey

Life begins
In quiet solace
And moves through time
Steady, like a heart beat.
Over time it builds
from the foundation of our early years
to include the lives of others
every changing, yet remaining the same
As our life blossoms into something much more
Taking on a dimension of its own
It enriches others with a life-blood all its own
Until time calls
And the curtain drops
Leaving an echo
of once was
a legacy
time honoured.
and true.
