...a weather report... Henri slams into Rhode Island. Grace scours Veracruz. Fred floods the Carolinas. Do Floridians care? That's just a tropical storm. That's just a bit of rain. Did Jeffrey Dahmer's victims go up to him and say, "eat me"? Did his good looks lull his victims into trusting him? Would we have been so enamored to believe him regardless?
