This treatise is the result of a visit to church 1-18-09, and a song that became the root for the acrostic Worthy Is The Lamb, on 1-19-09 the second acrostic was gelled into the first.

Beloved:
Some of you know that I've taken up running in 2015, after being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Running for the Lord, my health, Rhonda, and 3 charity events I walk/run in throughout the year. Here is the latest entry on Facebook for Day 5 of the 7 day run week I start from Tuesday to Monday.
Tuesday is never counted toward the goal, nor timed, as it is a thank offering unto the Lord for the gift of running.

#Stevejogging Day 5 Milestone! Milestone! Milestone!
The day has finally arrived and all praise goes to the Lord for leading me here with an opportunity to run one more time before the procedure1 on Monday. So here goes. 4420 yards in 44:22 which is 2.511 miles!!!!!!!
Adding previous days totals of 3692 yards in 36:42. = 8112 yards in 1:21:04 seconds! So thankful, so amazed, and so ready for the next goal of 3 miles to come in the Lord's timing. Amen and amen.

1  I am scheduled for an upper GI to get a view of the esophogeal hernia that was seen on a CAT Scan on 10-25-16.
