A Quiet Kind of Chaos

I imagine that chaos and order are like those Russian nesting dolls, and they fit together to some infinitesimally minute level at which we must just give up ever grasping what lies at the core.
Still . . . if I had to bet, my money would be on chaos.

I know that place well . . . every wrong, stupid, and foolish acre of it!
I used to think it was a dead end, or worse, a complete navigational failure,
but sometimes that place was exactly were I needed to be.

So what does any of this have to do with me, my blog, or the entries that will follow?

I don't know, but pull up a chair. I'll invite some chaos, and we'll see what happens.

Congrats on your achievements and good luck with the taxes.

I'd be thrilled to have the opportunity to spend some lengthy period of time alone. As I say to my hubby 'How can I miss you when you won't go away?' We all need space.

I've not heard of tumbling and forget to tweet. Not that I have anything to tweet about. WDC is still home to me. Be sure and let us know about your new blog.

I know what you mean about Tony's quick round trips back into your daily life. Same thing for 14 years now, almost 15, with Pierre who comes and goes with such irregularity that I've never been able to make plans. I've gotten to the point that I really prefer to invade his space in Lyon that to have him chez moi.

Congrats on completing everything! Seriously must feel really good. My daughter has a statistics class at the university this semester. Can't believe all the homework for that one. Any thoughts on that new something on the horizon?

You Tumble and Tweet? I tweet a lot.....don't know what tumbling is but I'll assume it's Tumblr? I've never looked into that so I'm clueless, but maybe I should? Yeah, I should.

As a failed concert pianist because I was incapable of networking and creating a following for myself, I know first hand how important it is to network. I think that many people network instead of going the extra mile with their writing, but I'm certain that in today's world of internet dominated communication, the writer with even the most excellent manuscript won't go very far without proper networking.

Strange about the comments, but then computers have a life of their own.

I couldn't study statistics I don't think, but as you are so near the end maybe you should go all out for a good grade. Then you'll enjoy the writing even more.

Mixed views on the networking front, but I go with your take.

I joined Twitter years ago, but always forget to use it.
