Mostly this blog will be for me to comment on Writing.com items (constructively, of course), and perhaps any news item or daily occurrance that gets under my skin. Sometimes you just need to let out your peeves and Writing.com, in my experience, is filled with wonderful, equally constructive and supporting individuals, which can be a welcome relief since a lot of people like to use the internet, blogs, etc. to tear others down.
I just want to let everyone know that I have never even looked at a case/color before reading anything or anyone. It's always about whether the title or description grab my attention.
Besides, if they have a costumicon can you tell what color the case is or does the costumicon take on the color of the case? I haven't spent enough time wandering around WDC to know.
I just want to say that I love WDC because the people are great and encouraging. I love being able to read new stories, regardless of case color or time on WDC, or even writing ability. This whole thing is supposed to be fun and serve as a creative outlet for anybody to write or read and I think a lot of us have benefitted from being able to share our joys and pains with others. Essentially this site is for making connections and I just want to thank everyone who's reached out, not just to me, but to other newbies as well.
I've rarely been so welcomed in my life as I have by other writers/readers online.
