Thank you Winnie for sharing this because I find it encouraging. As I am a single Mom would love to be with a faithful man and have two kids. Work as a CNA and do my best to be kind to others. My thought of it is you are an example to stay optimistic.

When my Dad passed away, he didn't go until the room was empty of anyone for one reason or another. I think he just needed the space or wanted us to all have a moment to catch our breaths.

You are so right, Winnie. I used humor to get my sister through her eight weeks of chemo years ago. Laughter really is "The Best Medicine"!

I couldn't have said it any better, Winnie! Those last few lines you used pretty much said it all, and I want/need to start enjoying this ride. Granted it's not a smooth ride, but it's better than nothing (which is the equivalent of never have been born in the first place).
