Hello, I am glad you are back. EX Navy, no wonder...My second son and my brother are both ex-navy and they both think ahead like you in another post talked about. Eight kids...lucky you. I raised three of my own then helped my daughter raise five. Your house must be bubbling with personalities.

Yes my oldest son was an alcoholic. I couldn't help him. I could not get him to even TRY to stop. It didn't end well for us. He took his own life at age 45 on his birthday. When a person doesn't want help there is nothing you can do. We tried interventions, we tried walking away, alcohol and drugs won.

You sound like a kindred spirit to my brother. BE PREPARED always for any and everything. Don't give up on your loved ones, not everyone thinks ahead. Some of us less evolved people like to slide along life's slopes on our butts. Good luck sometimes we have to experience the bunders before we learn. It might help that you can always say "I told you so."

Nope! no swelling or strange feelings. I do get this killer itch sometimes but it's not just in my feet, it's in different extremities at different times, but other than that, nothing.

Okay. Sure why not.

They can tell a lot by blood tests and visually as far as diabetes. If it's Type to you can control it with diet awareness. I know one person who lost enough weight that she's no longer diabetic.
Do your feet swell up or have any unique feelings in them?

Yes, I have been reading your entries with interest. You have a talent for expressing yourself with honesty. I can apreciate that. I have experienced some very similar things in my life, as well.

If I were to do a review, I would have to call out the punctuation (or lack thereof)
But perhaps, some of this may be intentional to allow your feelings to be expressed. You are the writer here, but I just wanted to give my thoughts on this. Another thing I need to mention is the incomplete wording, such as, in”S”, 2nd line. “Feels like the world is moving i slow motion.

I really do like your work and look forward to reading more of it. Thank you for sharing.

I agree. I think the reason so many people side with him, who have no reason to side with him, is because they've dug their heels in. They've been scorned by people who knew better than they did, and the only way out of it for them, mentally, is to not be in the wrong. So they convince themselves that they aren't. In order to not be wrong, Trump has to be good. So he is, and everyone who says he isn't is lying. I think getting out of this mess is going to be tricky, and I'm not sure we can. But out best shot is to stop putting Trump's followers on the defensive and get them to understand that they have a place among us if they want to have one--and they must have a place, otherwise they will never leave Trump's side. Why would they?

I'm sorry. Getting your house back and your daughter back is a blessing, albeit in disguise.I do hope the police get him first. He won't even realize what he did was so wrong. SADLY. Work on healing her, she needs your help. Thanks for sharing.

About to go hard! I WILL finish this damn book this year! Been writing it on and off for ten years. Live really got in the way. But now i'm feeling the pull again! i dream about my story, and different possible endings. I'm making new office space at home. bought a new laptop, and a desk for it, and even buying a new computer chair. I WILL stay focused. WRITE ON!

Getting on my nerves

Are they trying to kill me? Man, my family is really working my nerves! My grown ass kids are all fighting with each other, my wife is dealing with it by drinking herself stupid, and my younger kids are just watching this shit and learning the wrong things. I wanna punch all of them in the face. And i think it will get worse before it gets better. My family is a group of out-spoken, self righteous , fighters, which works great against others,but causes great friction against each other. I just hope everybody cools out and go to their own corner and take a breather.

Sunday!

I had THEE most relaxing Sunday that i've had in a month of Sundays. The wife and kids went visiting with friends, so it was just me and my dogs, sarah and Louis. I laid in my bed butt naked under the a/c, ordered two coney dogs and some chilly fries with cheese, and watched b rated movies all day. I really enjoyed the one about earthquakes in L.A. the released fire-breathing spiders into the city. What a relaxing day!

Hello world! How we doing? Amid the world coming down around our ears, how are you all copping? ( wonder if i spelled that right?) Are you burnt out on the political scene yet? You a Black lives matter supporter or you say All lives matter whenever you here Black lives matter? Defund the cops or martial law? Fox and friends or CNN? Or, do you just say fuck it and ignore it all? I for one, really miss the gym. I think i should invest in Hennessy, probably save some money. How's the home life? My wife is getting lazy and drinking too much, and says i complain all the time for no reason if i bring it up. My second oldest Son is trying to be a gangsta, with his dumb ass, and my second oldest daughter needs a job, soon. My family is trying to drive me crazy. It's fucked up, but i damn near gotta go to work just to get a little peace. Oh, yeah, wear your masks.

Ok, so the covid 19 virus is not as deadly as some viruses, many survive it, but it's still a virus that is killing people, and a lot of these deaths could have been prevented, and some future deaths could still be prevented, if we had a President that gave a fuck.If, for instance, Trump had not dismantled the team Obama had in place to handle outbreaks like this, it would not have had the impact it has had on our country. And now no leadership at the federal level is allowing the virus is just growing at open bars, barber shops, Trump rallies, and restaurants. And more states are opening up.It's going to get worse before it gets better. And the Trump administration's response to this, rated as honesty as i can: CLUSTER FUCK.

Good! They brought charges on all four of those dirty ass cops. Justice for Gorge Floyd is a must, or it's big trouble for this country. Being a black man who has been on the wrong end of a police encounter,this makes me happy! Now we gotta calm these streets down and let the system have a chance to work. We can't bitch about being treated right, and then not give the system a chance (again) to treat us right. BLM!

Rioting! Cities are burning! Everybody supports the protests, but detest the rioting and looting. I hate it when my city is damaged, especially by my own people, but damn! I find it hard to give a fuck about a building, or a business like Target, when we getting killed in the street in broad daylight by motherfuckers WE as taxpayers pay to protect and defend us. Compared to that brother's life, i don't give a fuck if they burn down half the town. Black men are on the endangered species list, and Police are hunting us. Guaranteed things will get worse before they get better if they don't at
least arrest the other three cops that are complicit in Gorge Floyd's murder. We demand justice. I would suggest some music to listen to if you are trying to get a grip on how black people really feel right now, listen to a song by Ice Cube: Tear this muthafucka up. Nuff said.

Black lives Matter dammit!

Hey, anybody remember when Colin Kaepernick PEACEFULLY protested police brutality by silently taking a knee on the football field?Remember that? And Trump flipped it and made it all about (falsely) disrespecting the troops and the flag? Now cops are taking a knee in support of the same cause, and Trump hasn't call them sons of bitches or said they need to be fired or nothing. And i don't think we should be burning our own shit down, but i kinda aint mad at some of these violent protests, but what else will make folks sit up and take notice? Kap was right. He did it the right way, and got black-balled for it. Now that shit is burning, we are being asked to be peaceful. Why would they do that? It dont work. Though all the fresh support for the cause now might make a difference. Black Lives Matter!
