These pages contain my thoughts, from meandering ideas and persuasions to deep cerebrations and serious mentations.
Why, for what purpose? To release my mind and set creativity free. Somewhere inside the constraints of my mind dwells a writer, a poet, an artist who paints with words. In here I release those constraints and set the artist free.
Perhaps, lost somewhere in the depths of thought, is a story or a poem, waiting to be written.
Doc told me that immediately after ankle/foot twist, you use cold and rest (elevated) to stop swelling. Since you aren't swelling, the next step in to apply heat to help it heal and don't overdo walking on it. You can also do your own physical therapy stretching to keep the joint/muscle/tendons loose to better heal. I sorta, kindof did that, and it seems to have worked.
Notice that I also avoided the usual trivial comments. Those foot things can be a pain, so don't let the dogs lead you on what trails they want.
Also, don't give up on winter. It'll sneak back when you least suspect. Heal and enjoy.
I had a few fights in high school and I'm not for one to look for one but if someone said anything bad about me or may. kids, I would stand up and tell them to bug off. I have always been by myself but a few a friends here or there. After high school, I only had one friend.
I agree, I don't like violence because I had been abused when I was 14 by my ex-boyfriend at the time. So, I know what it's like to go through it.
Well, I hope you are doing okay! You do whatever it takes to protect your family.
Cubby~Cheering House Florent! we suggested they update their system so it will not allow multiple reservations for the same dates. Now, we wait and hope.
It's crazy how fast everything fills up. We live close to a state park and visit often, but it's always fully reserved. One park ranger said it's partly do to people reserving sites at multiple parks for the same time frame, and not cancelling out the ones they don't use.
Beholden I think I learned more about life and what simple pleasure is out with Jasper than anyplace else; it was a terrific upbringing and enlightenment.
Here I am, back from a couple of months' separation. I looked through the newsfeed, posted a message there, then went through months of backed-up mail. I was surprised by all the wonderful emails I had missed over the summer as well as some terrific reviews.
I decided I should make a short entry here since it's been about half of forever since I wrote anything. I thought about writing about my summer, all the good and bad, happy and sad that has transpired, but hey, I want you to return and read more of my blog entries, so I decided it was better not to bore you with all of that.
I also thought about writing about Hannah, my dog, and friend since 2013. Her health is failing and she is deteriorating quickly. She sees the vet tomorrow morning, but as today has progressed, I have little faith that anything can be done for her; still, I cling to hope.
I will write about her, but not here, and not today. I will wait for the diagnosis tomorrow and see what choices are available.
