For my blog "Prompt: 2 Corinthians 9:6 But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.

How can you apply this verse to your life this year?"

This verse gets misapplied so much it isn't funny. Everyone thinks this is Paul saying that if we give a lot of our money we will receive back a lot more money. It does not refer to money at all. It refers to love. If we give a lot of love we will receive a lot of love.
