The prompt is "What do you do about insomnia?

The answer is that I do what I did this morning. I sleep in if possible. We had a three AM fire drill here last night because some moron was smoking in bed at 3:00AM and set there blanket smoldering I was up for one hour waiting for the fire department to give us the all-clear. It's time to throw a GI blanket party. (lol)

A signature for my blog I finally figured out what has been wrong with me. It's my CPAP machine. When they say a dirty CPAP can make you sick, they aren't joking. I changed the hose and mask today. Here is today's prompt. I'm also looking for volunteers to send out prompts once in a while.

How will taking delight in God change the desires of our heart?

It will keep me from killing the idiot who was smoking in bed last night, set their bed on fire, and caused the alarms to go off at 3:00AM. I'm still exhausted.
