A spiritual book I want to share.
See below. We should be able to give our burdens to the Lord our God during meditation. Prayer is another way to

give our burdens to the Lord our God. He will take care of me. He has been doing that for a long time. We are

thankful for His tender Loving care. It is Christmas eve day. Tomorrow is Christmas.

"Give your burdens to the Lord and He will take care of you." ps. 55:22.

See below. It is Christmas day. God can transform us into a new person, one of light. We can think positively. No

amount of time can take us away from God, we are His children and He loves us. It may seem like He doesn't, but

that is Satan's doings, the father of all liars. God is Love unconditional and eternal and Love unconditional and

eternal is God.

"Let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think." Rom. 12:2.

See below. Work for peace and you will be blessed by God. We are the children of God, made in His image. Our

world is at war over religion. We are considered heathens by the Islamic religion and they think we must be

destroyed. We are close to war with Russia. Peace on all.

"God blesses those who work for peace, for they will be called the children of God." Matt. 5:9.

See below. Positive thinking works for some people but positive believing works even better. With God all things are

possible. Your soul is made in God's image. You are the soul and you wear the body like a suit of clothes. You are

not an animal. You are not the body.

"Anything is possible if a person believes." Mark 9:23.

See below. Christ was a strong but gentle man and He can give us strength. Study his life in the Bible. Matthew,

Mark, Luke and John all wrote about Him in the new testament. Also in their letters. Christ had the strength on the

cross to say, "Father, forgive them for they know not what they do." It was loving too.

"I can do everything through Christ who gives me strength." Phil. 4:13.

See below. Talk to God in the language of your heart. The Lord our God is our hope and we can have confidence in

Him. Trust God. Don't be afraid to surrender to Him. He is trustworthy. Let God be your leader in all things big and

small.

"Blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made the Lord their hope and confidence." Jer. 17:7.

See below. What is His covenant? All we have are the ten commandments and Christ's words on what are the most

important commandments; to love God with all your heart, mind, body and soul and to love your neighbor as yourself.

"The Lord leads with unfailing love and faithfulness all who keep His covenant and obey His demands." Ps. 25:10.

See below. This is so great! God doesn't want us weary and heavy burdened. He gives us peace and rest. He is our

Father, Mother, Friend and beloved God. He loves us so much. He is Love. Meditate on that. Love is Him. Can you

say that love doesn't exist? No. Then you cannot say that God doesn't exist. Think of lovers and good mothers.

"Come to me all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest." Matt. 11:28.

See below. It's a new year! Hip, hip, hooray! we all get a new start. What a way to start out the new year, unafraid and

undiscouraged. The Lord, our God, will personally go ahead of us. He will prepare the way. He will sing us a new

song, the song of atoms whirling in space sending out a vibration.

"Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord will personally go ahead of you." Deut. 31:8.

See below. We will find rest. What is the shadow of the Almighty? What is the shelter of the Most High? Meditate on

God and you will find the answers to these questions and many other questions you have.

"Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty." Ps. 91:1.
