My daughter's favorite

1 cup Fresh or frozen broccoli, cut in medium pieces
1 cup Fresh or frozen onion, mixed peppers cut in small slivers
Spaghetti sauce to taste
Fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
Mexican blend cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
