...a place to journal personal progress through experience, strength and hope
I have created yet another blog. This is my third. Here, I will journal my own personal recovery progress through the Al-Anon program, sharing my personal experience, strength and hope.

The Al-Anon Family Groups is a recovery program created 65 years ago to serve the families and friends of alcoholics. It is beneficial to anyone affected by another person's drinking (addictions and/or behaviors).

Personally, I find the principles of this program helpful to everyone.
