I was thinking of you last night, girlfriend. I totally understand your frustration on not knowing what their version of fine means. Tell her that you want peace of mind and to tell you what it all means in your terminology. It's not as simple as they think, not to worry if you have no clue. I still don't know why doctors don't want to explain what is going on with their patient's bodies.
It's like, "Oh, Ms. Smith, didn't I explain that you are dying? What? No, you did no such thing! You told me that I'm fine, and it's nothing to be concerned about at this time." Then my family finds me passed out from an attack of some kind.
The only doctor that seemed to be concerned about my health was my Gastrologist, and he helped me cure my fatty liver disease by proscribing me with the proper treatment. He was a God-send, for sure!
I hope that you find a great PCP. They are very hard to find these days, especially those who aren't in the Pharasuiticall's pocket with kickbacks. Hang in there, and please keep us updated on what's going on. Tell the family hello.
I hope to talk to you soon. Hugzzzz and love, Teresa
One joy of getting old is the realization that I'll never feel 'well' again. I struggle with the new normal and yes, there are things I can do to get/feel better, but my youth can't even be seen in the rearview mirror.
Modern medicine is like technology... it's great when it works. Hang in there, Krista. A new doctor will have a different perspective and may be just what you need. At this point, it can't hurt.
The pandemic (and life chaos) of the past 2 years has had a mixed effect on artists and writers. Some are writing like crazy while others, including famous mystery writer J.A. Jance, admit that the pandemic has made writing a struggle for them. I think this is normal. Your purpose will reveal itself. I just realized that I need to diversify my writing and "widen out." Perhaps you also need to consider a different approach. You never know. Good luck! I think you'll find a way to truth soon.
I’m so glad that you are making an effort to work things out. That is a great start, remember to breathe and relax before asking or reacting to his questions as well. Think about your responses, a lot is riding on both of your reactions. My thoughts and prayers are with you both and Raven. Love ya girlfriend. ❤️
