This journey was one with so much fun. I made many friends (my Rising Stars classmates) and I got to learn many new things here on this site. It helped me to improve my writing style and made me more dedicated towards the art. It was a pleasure to submit the given weekly assignments in the given time. I'm glad that I was a part of this and I am proudly a Rising Stars Graduate now.

It's a simple take on the image presented, and you were able to let the reader know about the main character's feeling of sadness at not receiving any message from a loved one in so long.
(11 years is a long time to wait!)
However, I would have loved to know why she'd resort to holding a pistol in her hand. Was there a message she received that caused her grief to be that much she'd want to kill herself (or someone else?) Just something to think about if you decide to work on this a little more.
My husband and I watched this last night and we really enjoyed it! There were a lot of emotional aspects of the movie, for example, the relationship between Ramanujan, his wife, and his mother.
