I often challenge myself to things... this is my newest challenge to myself. |
I found the most interesting reference material recently. One of the authors on writing.com is making an easy reference for every form of poetry that can be found here: "Poetry Forms"  [13+]. So what is my challenge for myself? Why, to write a poem matching every form, of course! So here I go!! I'll title each entry with the kind of poem it is, and the name of the poem. Enjoy! *Note* Some of the poems are quite silly, but many are serious. Just take a look through and you might find something you like. (The first of any kind of poem will be short, as I am just trying to get the feel of the style. Later, I will add longer poems for each style and group them all together.) |
