Returning from his second Tour, Garret thinks everything is fine......is it?
[Introduction]
Garret was sitting in the front row of the church, looking at the casket. He saw the lifeless body of his recently deceased girlfriend. It's been half a year since he saw her.....now she was gone. He tears up as he stood up to speak about her.
He opened his mouth to speak.......but he just stood there for a moment. He grabs his hat from his seat and runs out of the building.
Maggie sat quietly in the back watching and wondering who this man was. She herself was there to say goodbye to her friend. Could this man also have known her? He seemed very upset. There was something about him, she needed to find out who he was.
Garret stopped running when he was out the Church doors. He sniffs softly as he put his hat in his back and put on his army hat.
Standing on the front steps of the church, Maggie looked to her right and then to her left. "Is that him?"
Garret looks around and pulls out his phone to call a taxi. He noticed a girl looking around, but just minds his own concern.
The taxi arrives about five minutes later
