like the title said, just some drabbles, sorry for being gone for so long
[Introduction]
He's falling, his mind is going blank, his world is shattering.

"Give me back my sister!!" His heart is breaking, his wings won't work, he's falling, like an angel cast from heaven. His throat is closing, he's drowning, he's dying.
---
"thank you so much for saving Paimon!!" Aether just huffs, his arms aching from the sudden use. "it's not a problem little one" Aether gives the elf a gentle smile. "No, really, Paimon would've drowned, Paimon is now in your debt!" Aether just chuckles, setting the fishing rod down on the soft sand.

"not to be rude, but you seem strange to Paimon" Paimon tips her head as she fluttered around Aether's head. "Your aura seems different, what are you?" Aether blinks obviously weren't expecting the little creature to find out so quickly.

"would you mind if I told you a story fair Paimon?" The elf squeals, clapping her hands excitedly. "oooo, Paimon loves stories!" Aether picks up a stick that was nearby. "I'm lucky to have such an expecting audience"
---
"and that's what happened, how I ended up here, little elf" Paimon lets out a soft sound, one akin to a cry. "I'm sorry that happened to you travler, from now on, Paimon will be your guide here!" Aether smiles, patting Paimon on the head.

"you know, my sister would've loved you, lady Paimon" Paimon blushes, but smiles. "okay, for our first order of action, we need to find the Anemo God and the Statues of the 7" Aether tilts his head to the side, confusion evident on his face. Paimon facepalm, a weary sigh leaves her. "you have a lot to learn Aether" Paimon huffs, putting her hands on her hips.

"come on, the first statue isn't that far away" Aether stands up, dusting his baggy pants off. His belly burned from the intense rays of sun on his poor exposed skin. Aether wraps his arms around his stomach, pressing a hand to his belly, trying to soothe the burn.

He tries to open his wings and fly up, but the weight of chains holds them down. Aether rushes to the water, turning around to see his wings nearly faded with chains wrapped around them. "what?" terror runs through him, he brings a hand to them to lightly touch one of the lower rows of wings.

They feel thin, wispy and weak, tears well up in his eyes as he removes his hand away. "are you okay Aether, you look like you're about to cry" Aether shakes his head, wiping away the tears. "I'm okay little one, let's not hinder our journey anymore alright?" Aether jogs slightly, catching up with the elf.
---
"we're here!" Aether walks up to the dusted statue, pressing his hand to the statue, swiping away some dust on the gem. The statue glows brightly, particles surround Aether, a sort of tornado lifts him off of the ground with a gentle gust of wind. He's set back down after a few seconds, his heart pounding loudly, his heart warms as the magic courses through his veins.

Tears fall from his face as he's reminded of the gusts of wind that would caress his songs while he flew. Aether lifts his hand up, wind gathers in the palm of his hand, making his bangs lift ever so slightly. "AETHER, LOOK!" Aether turns around to feel hot gushes of wind against his face.

Small balls of fiery hot slime jumped over to them, spewing little fountains of lava at his feet. The wind around him surges as he unsheathed his sword, he slashes the air, the slimes are thrown back with the gust of wind.

The wind picked up faster and suddenly, a tornado forms, picking up the slimes and shredding them apart, the substance turning the tornado a bright red. It spins wildly, then it's gone, the only trace of it left is four small containers of the slime substance. Aether walks over to the containers and picks them up, suddenly a screen pops up. 'backpack?' He selects the backpack option, then, he's surrounded by empty slots.

He turns in a full circle, the boxes completely surrounding him
