Inspired by one of my essays. Take a moment and share what you're thankful for.

A heartfelt thank you and (((Hug))) to simply_complex for the gorgeous awardicon! *Heart*

Header image for a new forum. :)

What better time than around Thanksgiving to give thanks for things that make our life special, right? I wrote an essay some time ago that took a look at how I am thankful for things that many other people would not be. In a review for that item THANKful Sonali LOVES DAD had a wonderful idea. She suggested creating a forum to see what others could add to my list that they are thankful for. I thought it was a great idea and I'm looking forward to seeing how this inspires people. *Smile*

"Oh Yeah" said the son.

"So what did you learn from the trip?" asked the father proudly.

"The Blind Sign"
===============

A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his
feet. He held up a sign which said: "I am blind, please help."
There were only a few coins in the hat.

A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and
dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it
around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that
everyone who walked by would see the new words.

Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving
money to the blind boy.
