I need a review.

I was driving home after applying for a passport this evening, when words just popped into my head. This isn't a unique occurence for me, but, this time, music came with them. I was actually singing them out-loud as they came together. This is a first for me.

I'd like to get a critique from those with more experience in this field than I have. Can you hear the music with these words, or dementia finally creeping into this old mind?
