Write poetry from prompts just for the fun of it; formal or free verse, you pick.

Prompt 23 Little Town
Write a poem about something you do each day, brushing your teeth, showering, cooking, driving etc.

Little Town

Driving through this little town
Streets and alleys up and down
Nothing here to cause a frown
Stucco buildings red and brown

Learning as I go along
Whistling an ancient song
Nothing’s right and nothing’s wrong
With the lyrics of this song

Stucco buildings red and brown
Nothing here to cause a frown
Streets and alleys up and down
Driving through this little town
