Here's the full summary:

Fear. Depression. Love. Angst. These things surround Thoughtless Irony and Spiral, two bands who know nothing of each other...at first. The thing that ties them together: a choreographer by the name of Brea Johnson. What will happen when these two bands’ worlds merge?
