Changes in writing when saved to Portfolio.

Hello support.
When I bring up my document in word everything is uniform. When I download my piece from word to my portfolio every quotation mark is significantly smaller. I do not know how to fix this problem. I would appreciate any suggestions of help. The ID#2110135. Echoes in Time.
