You might also be missing a hard return before Earning.

The leading quotation marks are not inside the paired size tags, so they are in the default size font (or a smaller one), and the rest of the text is in an oversized/bolder font.

If you used the Simple option when you did the drag & drop, you can move the quotation marks by hand in the edit page of the item.

Or you could just delete all the paired size tags.

Note that since viewers can use the zoom feature of the browser to control the size of the font to suit themselves, it's not really necessary to use the oversized/bolder font for readability.
