However you didn't mention if the person currently is active. Meaning have they logged on since you sent the GPS? Also have you emailed them since to see what the delay is? Maybe they are buried in other wdc projects and just haven't gotten back to you. I had to look at my old emails to see if was me, as that happens to me a lot. I get sudden reviews and gps and all I barely have time to write back is "Thank you" As it is, I don't know about others but being sent a review with GPS makes me feel really bad if it gets buried and I forget about it.
