Noticing Newbies

Hello, GF!

Welcome to the site.

Personally, I've found the easiest way to get involved in the site and to meet people is to enter the contests that cater for the kind of writing I'm interested in.

On the left of your screen, you'll see "Community" in the menu, with like six coloured balls. Click on that and then click on "Contests" and you'll get a list of contests running on the site. Just browse through and see if any of them interest you.

Otherwise, there's a search bar in the top left, so you could simply search for the kinds of stories or poetry or whatever that you like to write and then go check out the people's stuff who write what you like to write.

Once you've settled in, please check out "Invalid Item"
