The Read & Review option is intended to be random. That's why there are no options to limit what you get to what you prefer.

It sounds like you might not be aware of the wide assortment of sort options available in the site listings.

Also, the items that have a yellow star are Sponsored items, which may or may not have anything to do with the listing you asked for.


The Community/Search All Items listings use a default sort of Most Viewed First.

The default sort for both Browse by Type and Browse by Genre is Recently Modified First.

You might prefer to use the Newest First sort option. Just change the drop menu setting on whatever site listing page you're using and click on the magnifying glass to apply the option.
