The Dragon Kin series by G. A. Aiken (Shelly Laurenston). She'd been teasing about this one pair getting together for five books so I was excited to read their story. I loved it though I wish there had been a tiny bit more angst. I'm onto the 7th now and it's good but I'm reading this one more for the side characters than the main pair who I'm not as in love with as I was the characters from the last six books.
