I'm not sure where you're looking. It doesn't cost anything to request a review on either the "Please Review" or "The Shameless "Plug" Page" . Just go down to the bottom and put the ID in of the story you'd like reviewed. If you want a particular member to review a story, that's a different story. But I wouldn't worry about that too much right now.
