Yes, to confirm -- the default list in your Reviews tab shows only public reviews that are shown on the Public Review page. Reviews for items that are set to private, passkeyed, Trinket-locked, group-only, and NPL are not included, nor is anything that exceeds the viewer's content rating filter setting.

The associated group's reviews listing is also considered a subset of the Public Reviews page.

The list of all your reviews given is the private listing you access in the tools area of the header of your Reviews tab -- Reviews Given. You could also have gotten the review ID number from there. [Setting the access for the Reviews tab to Private will have no effect on what is listed in the default listing.]


When the review is sent public rather than private, the review link will allow viewing by anyone who can also see the item, whether the review shows on the Public Reviews page & its subsets or not.
