If you really only need to know whether or not you gave them an awardicon within the last 14 days, then depending on how many awardicons you gave out in the past 14 days, compared to how many awardicons that person has, it might be faster to use this page:

Points/Awardicons Given with the sort Most Recently Awarded, and check to see if any of that person's items is listed with an Awardicon given within the past 14 days,

And since the listing shows items, you'd also want to check the awardicons on their Bioblock to see if you awarded their port within the past 14 days.
