Still a bit of a struggle with the first goal. Diet didn't work out. Haven't lost any weight and haven't been great about tracking or picking the best of options. Going to go healthier for the next couple of weeks just because know I'll get plenty of whatever when on vacation in August. Might retry the calorie deficit after my birthday (end of august) for the "bikini" prep.
Haven't counted words but doing ish, okay with the words. Slowed down some so haven't made as much progress as I could have. Only on page 100 with The Dragon Reborn and haven't picked anything else to read yet but will pick something to bring with on vacation for sure.
Work has changed a bit. Different schedule and store. After 2 weeks it will change up again. Gym is going well at least. Started a different program, which is higher in volume called Sheiko. Hoping it helps with my bench and I got micro plates (half a lb per plate) that helps to increase in smaller amounts at one time.
