You mean gifting people raffle tickets to member run raffles? There is no tutorial. Each raffle has varying rules depending on who is running it and what they want.
Generally, you just link to the user the normal way you would. {suser:cheri55422} for example, and include the number of GPs in the post.
For example, in "Invalid Item" . A general raffle ticket is 1,000 GPs. See "More Tickets!" for how I bought tickets. I included the user, and the GPs.
