I have some like that, too, so it's apparently not local to your account/system.

Notes:

Extra folders in the unsubscribed list: Drafts, Sent *, Spam

         * That one might have been there since the previous email update occurred a few years ago.

Extra empty folders at the top of the subscribed list: Drafts, Sent, Spam, SPAM

They don't rename, move, un/subscribe, or delete.

The Trash folder near the top of the subscribed list is the original one, since it's what is used, but it won't move.

Other folders I created will move with the drag & drop, but with the problem folders, the drag & drop tile moves, but the page reload puts it right back where it was.
