No, you need to do the edits yourself.

To edit your item, click the gear icon in the upper right corner, which opens the Item Tools menu. Click on Edit Item.

Make your edits in the text box for the body of the item.

[If you used the drag and drop process with the complex option to create your item, you will need to make the edits in the file on your computer and re-upload it to the item.]

Scroll to the bottom of the item and click on one of the options to save the edit.

View the item to make sure it appears the way you want it. If not, repeat.
